FLIP-N-TARGET RETURNS POLICY

Our guarantee is unconditional. If any purchase fails to meet your complete satisfaction, for any reason, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

Before returning any product, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from a customer service representative. Include the original invoice received with the merchandise and send the package prepaid, via UPS or insured U.S.

FLIP-N-TARGET REFUND POLICY

You will receive a credit via your original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of returns and issuance of credit upon receipt.

Please note that we can refund the initial shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
