Flip-N-Target Return Policy

• Our guarantee is unconditional. If any purchase fails to meet your complete satisfaction, for any reason, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
• Before returning any product, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from a customer service representative. Include the original invoice received with the merchandise and send the package prepaid, via UPS or insured U.S.

• You will receive a credit via your original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of returns and issuance of credit upon receipt.

Wooden Target Stand - WARRANTY

• Target Industries warrants all FLIP-N-TARGET Wooden Target Stands to be free from defect in workmanship and materials. We will repair, replace, or refund your original purchase price of this product, at our discretion, if it is determined by us to be defective.
• Normal wear and tear — including bullet holes — is not covered, nor is damage resulting from abuse or altering this product from its original design.
• Target Industries offers a 90 - day limited warranty on all its products.

For repair or replacement contact Customer Service via e-mail at and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Then package the wooden target stand and return (no CODs please) to:
